With over 20 years of experience, I am a seasoned personal trainer who specializes in helping women of all ages and stages of life build strength, confidence, and longevity through movement. My approach is rooted in making fitness fun, sustainable, and empowering—whether you're navigating motherhood, midlife, or just getting started on your wellness journey.

I like to blend functional strength training with dynamic, engaging workouts that meet each client where they are. My ultimate goal? To help women feel strong, capable, and energized so they can live longer, healthier lives—inside and out.

Whether you’re lifting for the first time or looking to level up, I want your workout to be fun, approachable, and deeply personal. Because fitness isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how you live.

Looking for a jump start, just starting out or coming back from a injury or a long break from fitness? Personal training is a great way to start. With a personalized approach and a focus on form and efficiency, 1:1 training sessions are a great start! Most sessions take place at CRUfit in Montclair, or can be held in your home (with a surcharge).

Join me at CRUfit on Tuesdays and Thursday for a 50 minute workout. This efficient workout combines, weight training, flexibility, cardio, core and balance. We include many modalities and equipment including dumbells, TRX, kettlebells, bands and bodyweight! Come join the fun. Classes are limited to 10 clients.
